What are the key considerations for Cloud migration that your organisation needs to keep in mind?

Moving your enterprise IT workloads, data and applications to the cloud isn’t a one-step process; it takes time and planning to fully complete a successful Cloud migration. It’s also a big decision and immediately alters the way the business will operate and therefore needs to be approached strategically and should not be taken lightly.

Of course, there are many benefits to Cloud IT, but you must carefully deliberate and plan – the wrong decision could potentially cost you in more ways than you care to calculate. What should be on your mind when you’re thinking about a move to the Cloud? Which of the cloud service providers best meets your needs? How would you calculate the cost of cloud migration and operations? How can you ensure service continuity during and after the move? There are many more questions that you should answer before migrating to the Cloud.

Throughout this virtual boardroom, we will discuss the most pressing issues to consider when planning the move. We will also hear first-hand how the ASM Pacific Technology Group (ASM PT) has recently consolidated its Microsoft messaging and collaboration capability and how the move to the Cloud, whilst maintaining integrity around reporting lines and data security, is no small endeavour.

Join Nero Blanco and ASM PT, alongside senior IT and security leaders and decision-makers during the 90-minute interactive boardroom as we delve into how to facilitate cloud IT end-user satisfaction while securing data protection and access in a cloud unification project.
